The Principal Business Systems Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between technology and finance within a leading San Diego fintech company. This position focuses on ensuring compliance with financial reporting and controls, managing system implementations, and driving finance transformation projects. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience in business transformation and systems to influence positive outcomes for the team and the organization.

Responsibilities

• Ensure technology compliance with finance reporting, data, and controls.
• Work on various system implementations.
• Lead finance transformation projects related to billing and systems.
• Act as a liaison between technology and finance groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field.
• 7-10+ years of business transformation and system experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud, Oracle BRM, and Zora is highly preferred.
• Understanding of revenue recognition and its nuances.
