You will collaborate with a diverse team, including researchers, product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to create cohesive experiences that resonate with users. Your empathy, logic, and data-driven insights will inform your design choices, ensuring that the content you create is not only engaging but also accessible and inclusive.

Responsibilities

  • Craft, write, edit, test, and improve content that enhances product usability, including product flows, UI language, in-product education, product naming, and navigation design.
  • Use empathy, logic, and data to inform design choices and improve user experiences.
  • Conduct audits, identify patterns, and lead brainstorming sessions to design optimal content experiences.
  • Collaborate with researchers, product managers, engineers, marketing, and business stakeholders to establish cohesive experiences with a unified voice.
  • Become an expert in your product and user group, tuning into research to understand audience needs and incorporating human voices into problem statements and product UI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in user-focused product content design, particularly for core audience experiences.
  • Experience shaping content for multi-disciplinary projects, with strong examples of information architecture design.
  • A portfolio demonstrating breadth and creativity in content design, design thinking, and product strategy.
  • Passion for building accessible, inclusive, and high-quality products.
