About the position

The Staff AI Content & Knowledge Strategist will play a crucial role in delivering innovative AI-first content experiences within Intuit's QuickBooks ecosystem. This position involves collaboration with various teams to enhance user experience through effective content creation and management, leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI. The role is designed for a proactive individual who can drive content strategy and ensure high-quality information is accessible to millions of users.

Responsibilities

  • Drive AI-first innovation in content creation, knowledge harvesting, and management.
  • Contribute to an AI-first strategy and roadmap for internal creators and small businesses.
  • Accelerate experimentation with GenAI models and tools for content creation and curation.
  • Review and analyze product and domain-specific content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Support optimized structure and annotation of content for large language models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and content creators on content-related needs.
  • Maintain understanding of industry trends and best practices for content curation.
  • Contribute to the improvement of content management systems and processes.
  • Ensure all content adheres to company guidelines and brand identity.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in content curation, technical writing, artificial intelligence (NLP, ML, GenAI), or related fields.
  • Significant experience with content management systems and digital publishing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/LLMs, including training and output evaluation.
  • Exceptional ability to personalize experiences across various content types and formats.
  • Ability to implement content-related processes and standards effectively.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to interpret complex information clearly.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for managing multiple projects.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Understanding of SEO, taxonomies, and content systems for improved navigation.
  • Command of writing fundamentals, including style and information architecture.
  • Good understanding of help systems, design systems, usability, and modularity.
  • Ability to synthesize and extrapolate data quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with an interest in coaching others.
  • Strong ability to plan and prioritize complex projects with attention to detail.
