The Customer Success Manager at Shield AI will play a pivotal role in ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the Hivemind Enterprise Software. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing account health, which includes monitoring customer usage, addressing any issues that arise, and ensuring that customers are achieving their desired outcomes. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their journey with Shield AI. Regular reviews will be conducted to assess progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure that customers are on track to meet their targets. Collaboration is key in this position.
