Responsibilities

• Apply data science and analytics to identify opportunities for improving data collection approaches.
• Quantify the impact of improvements on innovation pace and prototype solutions to enhance outcomes.
• Build a roster of analytical opportunities to improve velocity, clarity, and trust in labeled data.
• Collaborate with platform customers to ensure data observations address their problems and pain points.
• Work with engineers to scale successful prototypes into integral platform components.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to data scientists across the organization.
• Evolve strategy in partnership with product and engineering leaders based on learnings and insights.

Requirements

• 8+ years of combined post-graduate academic and industry experience in applying scientific methods to large-scale data problems.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience as an individual contributor in data science.
• Proven track record of crafting high-quality algorithmic code and improving efficiency through statistical methods.
• Experience in developing high-quality prompts for LLMs.
• Demonstrated execution and impact on cross-functional initiatives with strong communication skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and peers using data-driven insights.
• Self-motivated continuous learner who stays updated with new tools and methodologies.
