About the position

The Staff DevOps Engineer will play a crucial role in a diabetes-centered medical device company, focusing on the design, build, and maintenance of software development infrastructure. This position supports product development and distribution aligned with the company's strategic goals. The role involves modernizing legacy tools and processes, enhancing the developer experience, and consolidating multi-cloud environments across Salesforce, AWS, and Azure. The engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, applying multi-cloud expertise, and automating software configuration management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain software development infrastructure.
• Support product development and distribution tied to strategic imperatives.
• Modernize legacy tools and processes to enhance developer experience.
• Consolidate multi-cloud environments across Salesforce, AWS, and Azure.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Ansible.
• Define and implement software configuration management plans.
• Write software and scripts to automate SCM workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer.
• Multi-cloud experience, preferably with AWS, Azure, and Salesforce.
• Experience implementing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and Terraform.
• Solid understanding of DevSecOps and securing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong programming and scripting skills for managing pipelines and IAC.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Comfort working in Linux-based and MacOS command line environments.
