About the position

If you are looking for a challenging and exciting career in the world of technology, then look no further. Skyworks is an innovator of high-performance analog semiconductors whose solutions are powering the wireless networking revolution. Through our broad technology expertise and one of the most extensive product portfolios in the industry, we are Connecting Everyone and Everything, All the Time. At Skyworks, you will find a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on global collaboration, minimal layers of management, and the freedom to make meaningful contributions in a setting that encourages creative thinking. We value open communication, mutual trust, and respect. We are excited about the opportunity to work with you and glad you want to be part of a team of talented individuals who together are changing the way the world communicates. In this role, you will have opportunities to participate in all phases of product development, including product definition, architecture, system budget, transistor-level circuit design, MCM design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug, and production support. As the hub of front-end module design, you will drive the front-end design and work with a multi-discipline team developing Power Amplifiers (PA), RF switches, Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA), and acoustic filters to achieve optimum module performance for the high volume and fast-paced cellular handset market. You will directly interact with customers regarding Pin I/O, size, performance specifications, and provide suggestions/solutions. Additionally, you will own floor-planning which includes module pinouts, package size, signal flows plan, package technology, link budget, etc. You will take a lead on new technology/architecture suggestions with comprehensive and accurate analysis, drive front-end module design methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency, and get involved in supporting new package technology development.
