We have an opening for an experienced Staff Systems Engineer to lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program. This position is on-site in a program SCIF in Linthicum and Baltimore (BWI), Maryland.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Assembly Integration and Test (AI&T) effort for a production Space RADAR Payload program.
  • Plan, schedule, and execute AI&T activities.
  • Manage staffing, set expectations, and task team members effectively.
  • Measure and report progress on AI&T efforts.
  • Support payload delivery and AI&T efforts at the Space Vehicle Integrator's site and the launch sites.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered.
  • Bachelor's degree in STEM with 14 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in STEM with 12 years of relevant experience.
  • RADAR Integration and Test experience.
  • Demonstrated people leadership skills.
