About the position

As the GTM Systems Product Manager at Databricks, you will play a pivotal role in transforming IT services and applications to support the company's growth. This position involves leading the roadmap and planning for Salesforce and related products, collaborating with various stakeholders to define and implement business transformation projects aligned with best practices and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead roadmap, scoping, and planning efforts for the implementation of Salesforce and related products.
  • Work closely with the sales organization and sales ops leaders to define and shape ideas for business transformation projects.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Salesforce environment and review the project pipeline.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and business partners.
  • Meet with business partners and analysts to define and improve project scope and success criteria.
  • Interact with senior leadership to build trust and partnership for driving a capabilities roadmap.
  • Conduct outreach to internal sales teams to understand their friction points with the CRM system and develop a roadmap to address those issues.
  • Groom the product backlog, define user stories, and interact with developers to execute the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience with a proven track record engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with different components in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong knowledge of territory management, sales planning, sales performance management, opportunity management, and sales forecasting.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders across various departments to create and drive a capability roadmap.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with senior leadership and provide status updates on programs.
  • Subject matter expertise in Salesforce and common go-to-market and finance business processes.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum teams as a Product Owner.
  • Strong market-analytics skills and data metrics skills to support recommendations and drive actions.
