About the position

The Staff Marketing Manager for MidMarket Product Marketing at Intuit is responsible for driving go-to-market strategies and managing both inbound and outbound product marketing programs. This role focuses on understanding customer needs and translating insights into impactful marketing plans that enhance the QuickBooks brand and support mid-market customers. The position requires collaboration across various teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives and to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Manage both inbound and outbound product marketing programs.
  • Use storytelling, customer insights, data, and business acumen to lead initiatives at any phase of the product life cycle.
  • Champion the voice of the Mid Market by understanding the needs and pain points of high-value customers.
  • Develop a rapid-cycle learning agenda with the Mid Market sales teams.
  • Leverage consumer insights, competitive analysis, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Finance and other marketers to build a one-year revenue forecast and corresponding marketing plan.
  • Create compelling positioning, value propositions, and messaging based on deep customer insights.
  • Analyze campaign impact and program results to report on ROI.
  • Co-own revenue targets with Mid Market sales partners and develop customer targeting strategies.

Requirements

  • BA/BS required, or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 to 10 years of professional experience in marketing driving go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience in SaaS companies and B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to translate consumer insights and business strategies into execution.
  • Proven experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional verbal, written, visual/presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated high levels of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.
  • Strong project management skills and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think about ambiguous or complex issues and lead to thoughtful recommendations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree (MBA) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting sales organizations.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $137K - $173K per year.
