Intuit is seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to lead Personalization and Marketing Growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in developing a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy that leverages advanced analytics and AI technologies. The successful candidate will spearhead efforts to identify and build new use cases that enhance customer engagement and drive efficiency across various marketing channels. This includes utilizing regression and causal models, generative AI, recommendation systems, and behavioral analytics to create a seamless omni-channel experience for customers. As the Lead for Personalization on the Innovation Marketing team, you will be responsible for setting the vision for personalization and growth, ensuring that initiatives align with Intuit's strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, and operations, to drive high-impact projects that contribute to the company's top strategic objectives. Your role will involve understanding customer pain points, leveraging analytical tools, and ensuring that the personalization roadmap is feasible and impactful. In addition to leading a team of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers, you will work closely with internal analytics and AI stakeholders to identify gaps in current capabilities and articulate requirements for new developments. You will also partner with performance management and finance teams to conduct business case analyses and report on the performance of new capabilities and campaigns, focusing on metrics such as revenue impact, ROI, and customer growth. This position requires a high level of intellectual curiosity, a growth mindset, and the ability to influence strategic conversations with data.
