About the position

The Staff Marketing Manager - Personalization & Marketing Growth Lead at Intuit is responsible for spearheading the development of a multiyear CRM marketing growth strategy utilizing advanced analytics and AI. This role focuses on driving efficiency and enhancing customer experiences through innovative marketing initiatives. The individual will lead efforts that align with Intuit's strategic goals, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization to identify and implement new use cases and ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of a multiyear CRM marketing growth strategy using AI.
  • Identify and build out new use cases leveraging advanced analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Drive a mission team to understand customer pain points and improve the omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure the personalization roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with analytics and AI stakeholders to connect current capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Define the roadmap for model improvements and data enhancements needed for infrastructure.
  • Conduct business case and opportunity sizing in partnership with performance management and analytics teams.
  • Partner with execution teams to ensure use cases are delivered as expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing and personalization initiatives using advanced analytics and AI.
  • Broad knowledge of CRM marketing channels with hands-on experience in at least one.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering AI in marketing and understanding various model techniques.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools.
