Intuit is seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to lead Personalization and Marketing Growth initiatives. As the Lead for Personalization on the Innovation Marketing team, you will be responsible for setting the vision for personalization and growth, ensuring alignment with Intuit's strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, and operations, to drive initiatives that improve the customer journey. Your role will involve analyzing diverse data sets to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance the omni-channel experience for customers. In addition to leading the development of the personalization roadmap, you will also oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This includes conducting business case analyses, opportunity sizing, and reporting on the performance of new capabilities and campaigns.
