About the position

Intuit is seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to lead Personalization and Marketing Growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in developing a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy that leverages advanced analytics and AI technologies. The successful candidate will spearhead the identification and implementation of new use cases that enhance customer engagement and drive efficiency across various marketing channels. This position requires a deep understanding of CRM marketing channels, including email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and in-product display ads, with a strong emphasis on utilizing AI and machine learning techniques to optimize marketing efforts. As the Lead for Personalization on the Innovation Marketing team, you will be responsible for setting the vision for personalization and growth, ensuring alignment with Intuit's strategic goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, and operations, to drive initiatives that improve the customer journey. Your role will involve analyzing diverse data sets to derive insights that inform strategic decisions and enhance the omni-channel experience for customers. In addition to leading the development of the personalization roadmap, you will also oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable results. This includes conducting business case analyses, opportunity sizing, and reporting on the performance of new capabilities and campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a high level of intellectual curiosity, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy using AI.
  • Identify and build out new use cases using advanced analytics and AI.
  • Lead efforts that align with Intuit's top strategic goals and corporate input goals.
  • Own the end-to-end personalization and growth vision setting process.
  • Drive a mission team to understand customer pain points and improve the omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure the personalization roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics and AI stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
  • Define the roadmap for model improvements and data enhancements needed.
  • Conduct business case analyses and report on campaign performance.
  • Partner with execution teams to ensure use cases are delivered as expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing and personalization initiatives.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and AI technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of CRM marketing channels with hands-on experience in at least one.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering AI in marketing and understanding model techniques.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, and Excel.
