About the position

The Staff Marketing Manager for Personalization & Marketing Growth Lead at Intuit is responsible for spearheading the development of a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy utilizing advanced analytics and AI. This role focuses on enhancing customer experiences through personalized marketing initiatives and collaboration with various stakeholders across the organization. The position aims to drive efficiency and customer delight while aligning with Intuit's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy using AI.
  • Identify and build out new use cases using advanced analytics and marketing technologies.
  • Own the end-to-end personalization and growth vision setting process.
  • Drive a mission team to understand customer pain points and leverage analytical tools for improvement.
  • Ensure the personalization roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with analytics and AI stakeholders to connect current capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Define the roadmap for existing model improvements and new model development.
  • Conduct business case opportunity sizing and report on performance of new capabilities.
  • Partner with execution teams to ensure use cases are delivered as expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing and personalization initiatives using advanced analytics and AI.
  • Broad knowledge of CRM marketing channels with hands-on experience in at least one.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering AI in marketing and understanding various model techniques.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a matrix environment.
  • Comfortable analyzing diverse data sets and simplifying insights for leadership.
  • Proficiency with project management software and data analysis tools.
