Intuit is seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to lead Personalization and Marketing Growth initiatives within our Innovation Marketing team. This role is pivotal in developing a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy that leverages advanced analytics and AI technologies. The successful candidate will spearhead the identification and implementation of new use cases that enhance customer engagement and drive efficiency across various marketing channels. This includes utilizing regression and causal models, generative AI, recommendation systems, and behavioral analytics to create a seamless omni-channel experience for our customers. As the Lead for Personalization, you will be responsible for setting the vision for our personalization and growth strategy, ensuring that it aligns with Intuit's top strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, and operations, to drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your role will involve leading a mission team of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers to identify pain points in the customer journey and leverage analytical tools to enhance the overall experience. In this position, you will also ensure that our personalization roadmap is aligned with technical feasibility and impact, adopting a crawl, walk, run approach to implementation. Collaboration with internal analytics and AI stakeholders will be essential to identify current capabilities and gaps, as well as to articulate requirements for new model development and data enhancements. You will partner with performance management and finance teams to conduct business case analyses and report on the performance of new capabilities and campaigns, focusing on metrics such as revenue impact, ROI, and customer growth.
