About the position

Intuit is seeking a Staff Marketing Manager to lead Personalization and Marketing Growth initiatives within our Innovation Marketing team. This role is pivotal in developing a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy that leverages advanced analytics and AI technologies. The successful candidate will spearhead the identification and implementation of new use cases that enhance customer engagement and drive efficiency across various marketing channels. This includes utilizing regression and causal models, generative AI, recommendation systems, and behavioral analytics to create a seamless omni-channel experience for our customers. As the Lead for Personalization, you will be responsible for setting the vision for our personalization and growth strategy, ensuring that it aligns with Intuit's top strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, AI, engineering, legal, finance, and operations, to drive initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and business outcomes. Your role will involve leading a mission team of marketers, sales leads, and customer success managers to identify pain points in the customer journey and leverage analytical tools to enhance the overall experience. In this position, you will also ensure that our personalization roadmap is aligned with technical feasibility and impact, adopting a crawl, walk, run approach to implementation. Collaboration with internal analytics and AI stakeholders will be essential to identify current capabilities and gaps, as well as to articulate requirements for new model development and data enhancements. You will partner with performance management and finance teams to conduct business case analyses and report on the performance of new capabilities and campaigns, focusing on metrics such as revenue impact, ROI, and customer growth.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the development of a multi-year CRM marketing growth strategy using AI.
  • Identify and build out new use cases using advanced analytics and AI.
  • Lead efforts that align with Intuit's top strategic goals and corporate input goals.
  • Own the end-to-end personalization and growth vision setting process.
  • Drive a mission team to understand customer pain points and improve the omni-channel experience.
  • Ensure the personalization roadmap aligns with technical feasibility and impact.
  • Collaborate with analytics and AI stakeholders to connect current capabilities and identify gaps.
  • Define the roadmap for existing model improvements and new model development.
  • Conduct business case analyses and report on performance metrics of new capabilities and campaigns.
  • Partner with execution teams to ensure use cases are delivered as expected.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing and personalization initiatives.
  • Experience with advanced analytics and AI technologies.
  • Broad knowledge of CRM marketing channels, with hands-on experience in at least one.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business cases for acquisition and sales channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (GitHub, JIRA, Confluence) and data analysis tools (Tableau, Qlik Sense).
  • Ability to influence and shape strategic conversations with data.
