About the position

The Staff Marketing Manager at Intuit will be responsible for leading product marketing efforts for Go To Market (GTM) technologies. This role involves crafting compelling narratives, driving awareness, and ensuring successful adoption of the capabilities developed by the team. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including business users, product teams, engineering, and learning & development, to position platforms for success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and champion clear, concise, and audience-specific messaging for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate on the planning and execution of launches for new GTM Tech capabilities, owning the marketing strategy.
• Monitor the competitive landscape for GTM technologies, analyzing trends and identifying opportunities.
• Drive the creation and standardization of high-impact communications, including newsletters, webinars, and case studies.
• Craft narratives for key strategic initiatives for executive presentations in partnership with product teams.
• Lead the strategy and execution for the annual GTM Tech summit and other internal events.
• Leverage various channels to showcase the value and impact of GTM Tech solutions.
• Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of GTM Tech initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical communications, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of GTM technologies and strategies.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in rolling out new capabilities within a large organization and leading change management efforts.
• Experience developing go-to-market plans and launching new products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Self-starter with a passion for technology.
