About the position

The Staff Enterprise .Net Developer at ZT Systems is responsible for designing, developing, and installing software solutions that meet user requirements. This role involves translating user needs into technical specifications, writing code in various programming languages, and ensuring compliance with coding standards throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC). The developer will work on high-quality, innovative software projects, providing technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test custom applications based on user requirements.
• Analyze and estimate the impact of potential upgrades or migrations of existing solutions.
• Design and implement software projects using C#.
• Document technical specifications for software projects.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end-users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 5 years of experience; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years (7-10 years preferred) of experience in C# development with the .NET framework.
• Minimum of 5 years (7-10 years preferred) of experience in Windows Desktop development (WPF or WinForm required).
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, familiar with the Data Access Layer (DAL) framework.
• Ability to translate user requirements into technical implementations and break them down into tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio as an IDE; experience with source control (SVN or Git) is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Experience with web development and understanding of MVC, MVVM design patterns, and frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AngularJS or KnockoutJS library.
• Knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with BootstrapCSS/MaterialDesign/Ionic.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Experience in the assembly manufacturing industry or related sector.
