Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional psychiatric nursing care for patients in crisis stabilization units.
- Assess patient and family needs and deliver appropriate clinical education.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Offer guidance to patients' families and other team members.
- Promote effective working relationships within the care team.
Requirements
- Current Georgia or multi-state nursing license.
- Previous psychiatric experience.
- Skill in implementing appropriate nursing interventions consistently.
- Ability to perform historical, physical, and behavioral patient assessments.
- Ability to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Desire and ability to keep patients safe.
