- Apply nephrology nursing standards and state scope of practices in patient care.
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to provide quality care to patients with kidney disease.
- Build relationships with patients and staff to improve the care environment.
- Contribute to the holistic needs of patients undergoing dialysis.
Requirements
- One year of registered nurse experience.
- Minimum of 3 months (California & Tennessee) or 6 months (Texas) of experience as a Nephrology Nurse with dialysis experience.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
- Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
- Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR) required.
- Competent knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
