Responsibilities
- Support the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff.
- Manage and oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive patient experience.
- Motivate and develop Pharmacy Support Staff by balancing assignments and addressing development opportunities.
- Identify business opportunities and contribute to solutions that drive growth and improve performance.
- Implement solutions and lead the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment and seek new ways to improve outcomes.
- Foster a team culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.
Requirements
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
