About the position
Penn State Health is seeking a board-certified or eligible Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon. We welcome Comprehensive Otolaryngologists, fellowship-trained Rhinologists, Otolaryngologic Sleep Surgeons, or Otolaryngologic Allergists to apply. Penn State Health is a multi-hospital health system serving patients and communities across 29 counties in central Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Join a department of 14 full-time physicians, 13 advanced practice providers, 9 audiologists and 22 speech-language pathologists
- Participate in medical student, resident and fellow education
- Engage in robust research opportunities
- Provide comprehensive care to patients, contributing to the mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities served
Requirements
- M.D., M.D./Ph.D., D.O., or equivalent degree
- BC/BE Otolaryngology
- Ability to acquire license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
- Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in a collaborative leadership environment
- Fellowship training in Rhinology, Sleep Surgery, or Allergy
