About the position

Penn State Health is seeking a board-certified or eligible Otolaryngologist/Head and Neck Surgeon. We welcome Comprehensive Otolaryngologists, fellowship-trained Rhinologists, Otolaryngologic Sleep Surgeons, or Otolaryngologic Allergists to apply. Penn State Health is a multi-hospital health system serving patients and communities across 29 counties in central Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

  • Join a department of 14 full-time physicians, 13 advanced practice providers, 9 audiologists and 22 speech-language pathologists
  • Participate in medical student, resident and fellow education
  • Engage in robust research opportunities
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients, contributing to the mission of improving the health and well-being of the communities served

Requirements

  • M.D., M.D./Ph.D., D.O., or equivalent degree
  • BC/BE Otolaryngology
  • Ability to acquire license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
  • Must be able to obtain valid federal and state narcotics certificates

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in a collaborative leadership environment
  • Fellowship training in Rhinology, Sleep Surgery, or Allergy
