Responsibilities

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to define key metrics and answer important questions.
• Conduct analysis and opportunity sizing to identify areas for improvement and turn hypotheses into actionable experiments (A/B Testing).
• Identify KPIs and develop dashboards to monitor metrics and assess goal achievement.
• Communicate results, influence stakeholders, and serve as a trusted thought partner for product, engineering, and leadership teams.
• Ideate, execute, and measure growth initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product analytics or data science.
• Expertise in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally in team environments.
• Experience designing, interpreting, and iterating on A/B tests.
• Practical knowledge of experimentation methodologies and frameworks.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Growth analytics.
• Familiarity with tools such as Periscope, Tableau, Databricks, Amplitude, and/or Optimizely.
• Experience creating offline ML models.
