Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience with significant platform work in fast-growing companies
• Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking and high-craft execution
• Proven success leading multi-product design initiatives
• Experience scaling design practices in fast-growing companies
• Deep expertise in both information architecture and visual design
• Track record of successful stakeholder management and team alignment
• History of establishing frameworks that enable team autonomy
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and elevate our craft
