About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Ad Measurement at Walmart Connect will lead the development of omni-channel ad platforms that enable Walmart suppliers to effectively reach shoppers through relevant advertising. This role focuses on creating measurement and reporting platforms that enhance advertising effectiveness, customer engagement, and sales lift. The position requires a customer-centric approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead product lifecycle from research, requirement definitions, metrics analyses, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts.
• Define product vision and strategies using domain expertise and market opportunities.
• Develop and enhance products by managing product roadmaps and aligning business and technical needs.
• Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities in advertising.
• Build collaborative relationships with key partners and communicate product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 to 8 years of experience in product management in online advertising/ad tech, data analytics, and/or business intelligence/reporting.
• Experience in advertising measurement (MMMs, MTAs, Brand Lift, Incrementality, Attribution) strongly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with proven ability to influence others.
• Test and learn mentality and an agile way of working.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., engineering, computer science, data science, mathematics).
• 8+ years of experience leading product teams at an Online Advertising / Ad Tech business.
• Deep understanding of ad measurement solutions, including Incrementality, Attribution, MMMs, MTAs, Brand Lift.
• Experience developing product partnerships with external partners.
