About the position

The Staff Product Manager for AI and Automation at Intuit is responsible for transforming the technology that powers the hybrid workforce. This role focuses on creating innovative products that enhance employee experiences through AI, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to develop a comprehensive strategy and roadmap for product development, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product visionary and product owner for the digital and hybrid workplace portfolio, focusing on AI and automation tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders and user groups to understand pain points and maintain capability vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and establish operational rigor for the capabilities owned.
  • Advocate for the customer and promote how technology can enable desired outcomes.
  • Define customer benefits and clarify user priorities to drive decision-making.
  • Work with architecture, engineering, and design teams to prioritize goals.
  • Manage relationships with large IT vendors, influencing roadmaps and building partnerships.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert in workforce technology capabilities, understanding industry benchmarks and market landscape.
  • Monitor and measure product performance, analyzing metrics such as NPS and product usage.
  • Discover new trends and analyze app utilization across Intuit.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in a tech/software product with a focus on AI.
  • Experience in delivering AI-powered experiences and transformational employee experiences.
  • Experience leading the ideation, technical development, and launch of enterprise software products.
  • Organized and operational thinker with a track record of managing complex products or programs.
  • Experience collaborating with customers, engineering managers, and UI engineers to design products.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to define metrics and track performance.
  • Strong business and technical background, preferably with a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
