About the position

The Staff Product Manager for AI and Automation at Intuit is responsible for transforming employee experiences through innovative technology solutions. This role focuses on leveraging AI, automation, and low-code/no-code technologies to enhance workforce efficiency and drive product strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to create integrated solutions that meet user needs while balancing business metrics and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the product visionary and product owner for AI and automation tools.
  • Partner with stakeholders and user groups to understand pain points and build capability vision.
  • Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and establish operational rigor.
  • Advocate for customer needs and promote how technology can enable desired outcomes.
  • Define customer benefits and clarify user priorities for decision making.
  • Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and design teams to prioritize goals.
  • Manage relationships with large IT vendors and influence their roadmaps.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in workforce technology capabilities.
  • Monitor and measure product performance and analyze usage patterns.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of product management experience in tech/software with a focus on AI.
  • Experience in delivering AI-powered experiences.
  • Proven track record in transforming employee experiences.
  • Experience in leading the ideation, development, and launch of enterprise software products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage complex products.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering and UI teams to design products.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to define metrics and track performance.
  • Curiosity and willingness to explore complex platform products.
  • Strong business and technical background, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
