About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Document Understanding AI at Intuit will lead the development of foundational AI capabilities that enhance user experiences across Intuit's product suite, including QuickBooks, MailChimp, Turbo Tax, and Credit Karma. This role focuses on extracting structured data from unstructured documents, leveraging advanced AI techniques, and collaborating with various teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision, strategy, roadmap, objectives, key results, and success metrics for Document Understanding AI capability.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to guide product development and analyze trade-offs.
• Prioritize areas of technical investments to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience for Intuit customers and developers.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to ensure platform capabilities meet requirements and innovate document understanding solutions.
• Monitor industry innovations and trends to drive the adoption of state-of-the-art technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience for technical platform products in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of technical understanding to collaborate with engineering and data science leaders.
• Strong understanding of AI workflows and techniques, especially in computer vision and multi-modal LLM training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical content to non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data for product decisions.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
