About the position

The Staff Product Manager at GoodLeap will lead innovation within the B2B division, focusing on developing and enhancing products for contractors, integrators, and solar installers. This role is pivotal in disrupting the home improvement and solar financing market, leveraging GoodLeap's advanced technology to drive contractor efficiency and business growth. The position involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and requires a strategic vision to create products that meet current demands and explore new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
• Help develop and prioritize product features based on market research, user feedback, and business goals, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools, technologies such as AI, and partnerships that grow contractor business and drive company profitability.
• Partner with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, design, and research to co-create new products and bring them to market.
• Build and deliver a data-driven roadmap to grow the B2B business and deliver on business OKRs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years as Senior Product Manager.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling B2B products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Fintech experience is preferred but not required.
