About the position

The Staff Product Manager for the Core Payment Platform at Worldpay LLC is responsible for leading a team of Product Managers to enhance and build the core payment platform. This role focuses on driving key customer outcomes, monetizing solutions, and collaborating with SaaS customers while presenting to C-suite executives. The position requires a blend of technical expertise in payments and strong leadership skills to innovate and grow the core payments business.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Product Managers in core payments, focusing on payment acceptance, settlements, payouts, disputes, and billing/fees.
• Collaborate hands-on with the team to drive key customer outcomes, including authorization rates, on-time payouts, and solution monetization.
• Interact with SaaS customers and present to C-suite executives, demonstrating expertise and building strong relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation in core payments.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience working in core payment platforms, covering key areas such as authorization rates, disputes, settlements, payouts, and fees/billing.
• Technical background in computer science and/or relevant experience demonstrating these capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of payments, including credit cards, alternative payment methods, and digital wallets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading Product Managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to interact with C-suite executives.
