About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Digital Experiences at Intuit is responsible for driving AI-powered customer experiences, particularly focusing on the self-help interface. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create digital-first capabilities that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. The position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong execution skills to deliver impactful solutions that benefit a wide range of users, including entrepreneurs and small businesses.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver durable requirements for Generative AI-driven user experiences.
  • Collaborate with content, conversational AI, and digital delivery teams to scale best practices for GenAI voice and tone.
  • Partner with Product Managers across Intuit to align on requirements and priorities.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to define success metrics and communicate progress across teams.
  • Manage dependencies and plans across various teams to ensure timely execution and delivery.
  • Generate hypotheses, run experiments, and interpret data to drive product decisions.
  • Mentor others and share domain knowledge within the team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a focus on platform products.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing software capabilities for personalized customer experiences.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across the organization.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies as a product owner.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science, data, or a related technical discipline.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in UI frameworks and deep technical understanding of AI technologies.
  • Strong execution capability and history of building business partnerships.
  • Ability to assess opportunities for Data and AI to enhance customer experiences.
