About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Digital Experiences at Intuit is responsible for driving AI-powered customer experiences, particularly focusing on the self-help interface. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create digital-first capabilities that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver durable requirements for Generative AI-driven user experiences.
  • Work with content, conversational AI, and digital delivery teams to scale best practices for GenAI voice and tone.
  • Partner with Product Managers and teams across Intuit to understand requirements and drive common goals.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to define success metrics and prioritize requirements.
  • Manage dependencies and plans across various teams to ensure execution and delivery.
  • Create momentum with entrepreneurial grit and a bias for action.
  • Leverage customer research and data insights to guide product roadmaps.
  • Drive decisions through hypothesis generation, experimentation, and data interpretation.
  • Mentor others and share domain knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, focusing on platform products.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing software capabilities for personalized customer experiences.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with various teams.
  • Strong project management skills to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies as a product owner.
  • Excellent communication skills for both small teams and larger presentations.
