About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Digital Experiences at Intuit will lead the development of AI-driven customer experiences, focusing on enhancing the self-help experience for users. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create innovative digital solutions that empower customers and improve their financial lives. The position requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills to deliver impactful results across Intuit's product suite.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver world-class platform products in a Product Management role, focusing on cross-functional, distributed teams.
• Develop and execute software capabilities that deliver personalized, contextually relevant experiences tailored to customer needs.
• Create predictive capabilities that proactively assist customers in completing tasks.
• Assess and recommend opportunities where Data and AI can enhance customer experiences.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to effectively collaborate with product, content, customer experience, and engineering teams.
• Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
• Excel at stakeholder management and influence across the organization.
• Define and deliver on durable requirements for Generative AI-driven user experiences.
• Work with content and digital delivery teams to scale best practices for GenAI voice and tone across Intuit.
• Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies across various teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in designing and delivering platform products.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing personalized software capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies as a product owner.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science, data, or a related technical discipline.
