About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Digital Experiences at Intuit is responsible for driving AI customer experiences that enhance the self-help experience for users. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create digital-first capabilities that empower customers, leveraging artificial intelligence, customer insights, and data-driven strategies to deliver impactful solutions. The position requires a strong background in product management, particularly in managing platform products and UI frameworks, to foster innovation and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver on durable requirements for building Generative AI-driven user experiences.
  • Work with content, conversational AI, and digital delivery teams to scale best practices for GenAI voice and tone.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and teams from different Intuit business offerings to understand requirements and priorities.
  • Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics and communicating plans across teams.
  • Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across various teams.
  • Create momentum with entrepreneurial grit and bias for action.
  • Bring bold ideas that change the trajectory of the platform customer experiences.
  • Leverage customer research and data-backed insights to guide product roadmaps.
  • Drive decisions by generating hypotheses, running experiments, and interpreting data.
  • Mentor others and share domain knowledge.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on cross-functional teams.
  • Successful history of developing and executing software capabilities for personalized customer experiences.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with product, content, and engineering teams.
  • Strong project management skills to lead multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across the organization.
  • Proven experience executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a cross-functional organization.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies as a product owner.
  • Strong customer focus and ability to listen to customer needs.
