About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Digital Experiences at Intuit is responsible for leading the development and enhancement of the Community platform and AI-driven user experiences. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create digital-first capabilities that empower customers, utilizing artificial intelligence and data-driven insights to improve user engagement and satisfaction. The position requires a strong background in product management, particularly in platform products, and a focus on delivering impactful business results through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver on durable requirements for building Generative AI-driven user experiences, including Tools, Libraries, Analytics solutions, and Paved Roads.
  • Work with content, conversational AI, and digital delivery teams on scaling best practices for GenAI voice and tone across Intuit.
  • Partner closely with Product Managers and teams from different Intuit business offerings to understand requirements and priorities.
  • Take a data-driven approach in defining success metrics, prioritizing requirements, and communicating plans across a cross-functional team.
  • Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across various teams including customer experience and AI teams.
  • Create momentum with entrepreneurial grit and bias for action.
  • Bring bold ideas that change the trajectory of the Community platform customer experience.
  • Leverage customer research and data-backed insights to guide product roadmaps.
  • Drive decisions by generating hypotheses, running experiments, and interpreting data to learn quickly.
  • Approach challenges with pragmatic optimism and leverage creative invention to overcome constraints.
  • Share domain knowledge and mentor others.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering platform products in a Product Management role.
  • Successful history of developing and executing software capabilities that deliver personalized experiences.
  • Experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Ability to build cross-functional partnerships with product, content, customer experience, and engineering teams.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across the organization.
  • Proven experience executing a multi-quarter roadmap for a cross-functional organization.
  • Demonstrated success in data-driven approaches and delivering impactful business results through experimentation.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies as a product owner.
  • Strong communication skills in both small teams and larger presentations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in UI frameworks.
  • Background in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science, data, or related technical disciplines.
