About the position

The Staff Product Manager for Digital Experiences at Intuit will lead the development of the Community platform and AI-driven user experiences. This role focuses on creating innovative solutions that enhance the financial lives of millions of customers by leveraging artificial intelligence, customer insights, and data-driven strategies. The position requires collaboration across various teams to deliver digital-first capabilities that empower users and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver world-class platform products in a Product Management role, focusing on cross-functional, distributed teams.
  • Develop and execute software capabilities that deliver personalized, contextually relevant experiences tailored to customer needs.
  • Create predictive capabilities that proactively assist customers in completing tasks when they need it.
  • Assess and recommend opportunities where Data and AI can improve customer experiences.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer or enterprise offerings.
  • Build cross-functional partnerships to work effectively with product, content, customer experience, and engineering teams.
  • Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong project management skills.
  • Excel at stakeholder management and influencing across the organization.
  • Define and deliver on durable requirements for building Generative AI-driven user experiences.
  • Drive execution and delivery by managing dependencies and plans across various teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically in designing and delivering platform products.
  • Demonstrated experience in UI frameworks and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle.
  • Strong execution capability with a history of building business partnerships and delivering impactful results.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and being a product owner.
  • Undergraduate degree in computer science, electrical engineering, math, science, data, or a related technical discipline.

  • Experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in user experiences.
  • Strong analytical skills to define success metrics and prioritize requirements based on data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for presentations and collaboration across teams.
