About the position

As the Staff Product Manager of Enterprise Applications at Alkami Technology, you will play a crucial role in transforming billing processes by collaborating with Engineering and Accounting teams. This position focuses on streamlining operations from the Data Lake to NetSuite ERP, driving enterprise technology transformation with a strategic vision while managing multiple projects and stakeholders. You will be responsible for enhancing billing solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment across various business domains.

Responsibilities

• Own the long term strategic vision to reimagine and streamline billing processes end-to-end including maintaining a Portfolio of Billing Improvement projects
• Develop deep partnerships with Accounting and Technology teams to drive collaboration and execution of projects
• Leverage previous NetSuite experience to guide Admins and Stakeholders in best practices, opportunities and process changes
• Write and review feature guides to clarify challenges and opportunities, highlight key benefits and specify criteria for success
• Prioritize enterprise billing solutions features and enhancements to drive value through improved operational efficiency
• Architect highly efficient and reconcilable billing solutions to automate recurring fee calculations based on product related activity like product usage, activations, users, etc.
• Document and facilitate stakeholder approval of use cases, data mappings, system architecture and process flows
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to translate requirements into consumable technical deliverables that build towards long-term scale
• Monitor the product's performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize its success
• Define and monitor metrics to improve performance of systems, integrations, and business processes
• Build a deep understanding of our existing business, processes, stakeholders, data, market and products
• Stay informed about emerging trends and practices in the market and apply to Alkami's in house technology roadmap

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working with enterprise systems and integrations e.g. CRM, ERP, Microservices, APIs, Event Based Systems, etc.
• 3+ years of experience with NetSuite in any capacity
• Bachelor's degree in technology or related field and/or equivalent work experience
• Proven track record of developing billing related solutions to monetize platform usage and activity
• Deep understanding and experience in software development, agile methodologies, and risk mitigation
• Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, emerging challenges and evolving leadership expectations in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in navigating and succeeding in environments where ambiguity is common, and requirements or project goals may shift over time
• Strong responsiveness in handling tasks, with the ability to make quick decisions and pivot as needed to meet organizational goals
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, while maintaining high responsiveness to stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments, ensuring alignment and clarity in fast-moving projects
• Experience managing cross-functional relationships, ensuring responsiveness to team members and stakeholders in time-sensitive scenarios
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities in situations with limited information, ambiguity, or competing priorities
• Ability to stay proactive and resourceful when encountering obstacles, finding creative solutions that align with the Company's broader goals

• Master's degree in technology or business administration or related fields
• Preferred experience working in FinTech or SaaS industries
• Experience working with Third-Party billing arrangements a plus
• Adept at building process and solutions leveraging enterprise Data Lake
• Experience working with Salesforce a plus
