The Omni Returns Product team is dedicated to building products that enhance the returns experience for our customers and create scalable solutions to manage returns efficiently from start to finish. This role will focus on finding new opportunities to improve reverse logistics and building solutions that meet business goals while providing a seamless experience for our customers. The Staff, Product Manager, Omni Returns will be responsible for developing and enhancing products that facilitate our goal of increasing returns profitability. This includes managing product roadmaps, aligning business and technical needs, analyzing customer and product data, and turning customer insights into actionable projects. You will also determine rollout strategies and manage risks associated with product development. In this role, you will define the vision and strategies for your product family, using your domain expertise and best practices to identify market opportunities, build business cases, and set goals. Building collaborative relationships with important partners is crucial, as you will drive priorities aligned with business goals, communicate product roadmaps, and gain support from executive leadership. You will provide overall direction by analyzing business goals and customer needs, ensuring that the products developed meet the expectations of both internal and external customers. Along your journey, you will report to a Director of Product Management, ensuring that your work aligns with the broader objectives of the organization.
