Staff, Product Manager - Recommerce Systems

About the position

Walmart is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to enhance its recommerce systems and tools, focusing on sustainability and circular commerce. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven solutions that optimize reverse logistics and improve customer satisfaction while supporting environmental goals.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Walmart's recommerce tools and systems.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to execution, collaborating with engineering, supply chain, data science, and sustainability teams.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed product specifications and user stories.
• Leverage analytics and customer feedback to drive data-informed decisions and improve operational efficiency.
• Work with UX/UI teams to design user-friendly interfaces that enhance the recommerce customer journey.
• Lead cross-functional teams through planning, development, and release cycles for new recommerce products and features.
• Monitor key product performance metrics and implement strategies for optimization.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in recommerce, e-commerce, and supply chain management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years' experience in product management.
• 9 years' experience in product management or related area.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager.
• Experience working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
• Knowledge of creating inclusive digital experiences and implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
