About the position

The Staff Product Manager for SIEM at Huntress is responsible for driving the success and expansion of the company's SIEM product, focusing on the needs of small to midsize businesses. This role involves collaborating with various teams to set the product vision, analyze market trends, and ensure the product meets customer needs while being cost-effective. The position offers an opportunity to influence the product strategy and contribute to the company's growth beyond $100M.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the CTO in driving the success and expansion of the SIEM product.
  • Set the SIEM product vision and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Analyze market trends and perform competitor analysis to inform strategy and pricing.
  • Translate ambiguous client needs into innovative product solutions.
  • Create detailed business requirements, epics, and user stories for product specifications.
  • Prioritize features based on alignment with product strategy and market needs.
  • Participate in all phases of product development from discovery to launch.
  • Manage the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.
  • Drive product launches and gather customer feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Serve as an intermediary between engineering and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Conduct user experience testing and analyze product metrics to evaluate success.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a product management role with responsibility for SIEM products.
  • Demonstrated success in driving long-term vision and strategy.
  • Experience leading product innovation and delivery.
  • Familiarity with agile development environments and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating epics and stories.
  • Experience with cloud-based products, particularly AWS.
  • Strong creative and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience building products for the SMB market is a significant benefit.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with cybersecurity products and services.
  • Familiarity with SaaS product management.
