About the position

Galileo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development of innovative credit and lending products. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to go-to-market, and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit products and a passion for creating impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire product lifecycle from discovery through go-to-market.
• Identify key problems and opportunities in the credit and lending space.
• Build compelling business cases showcasing market size and potential for products.
• Translate vision into actionable business requirements in collaboration with engineers.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure scalable product designs.
• Align stakeholders across various departments to ensure product success.
• Lead go-to-market activities and coordinate with key stakeholders for smooth product delivery.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with credit and/or lending products, with a focus on credit.
• Familiarity with Regulation Z, Truth In Lending Act, and other credit and lending regulations.
• Expert market research skills to understand user needs and anticipate trends.
• Proven success in launching differentiated products and managing existing portfolios.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to present complex ideas effectively.
• Relentless curiosity to understand and improve processes.
• Strong self-motivation to drive product success and own outcomes.
• Agility in a fast-paced environment with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related experience OR Master's degree and 6+ years of related experience.
