About the position

The Staff Product Manager is responsible for crafting and developing solutions to business challenges by collaborating with key partners across various functions. This role involves managing product roadmaps, analyzing customer data, and defining strategies for complex products. The position focuses on driving execution of business plans, prioritizing product features, and ensuring successful rollout of product initiatives without direct supervision of employees.

Responsibilities

  • Craft and develop solutions to business challenges by communicating requirements to key partners.
  • Engage with key partners to deliver and support initiatives and communicate status and insights related to product performance.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps and gather/document requirements for highly complex products.
  • Collect and analyze customer and product data to turn insights into actionable priorities and initiatives.
  • Prioritize product backlog and execute on user and business acceptance criteria.
  • Manage the rollout of product features and define strategy and business objectives for products.
  • Identify market opportunities and conduct benchmark studies and competitive assessments.
  • Develop business cases and set objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for products.
  • Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs.
  • Develop and communicate business plans and priorities, removing barriers that impact performance.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) and 2 years of product management experience; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (any) or related field and 5 years of product management experience.
  • Experience with online retail media advertising.
  • Experience working in the Marketing Industry.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of statistical analysis testing, experimentation, and business reporting methodologies.
  • Experience executing data analysis and creating data visualizations using Tableau.
  • Experience with coding languages: SQL and Python.
  • Experience developing technical product requirement documentation (PRD) and specifications with detailed feature scopes.
  • Experience performing competitive market analysis.
  • Experience launching technical products to solve client challenges.
  • Experience prioritizing features and coordinating with Engineering teams to support Level of Effort (LOE) estimates.
