About the position

The Staff Project Manager will oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) for the production operations Integrated Product Team (IPT) at Lockheed Martin's Skunk Works program. This role involves liaising between senior management, build managers, and project teams, ensuring effective monitoring of earned value progress, and managing risks and opportunities. The position requires leading diverse projects and initiatives, interfacing with executive management, and supporting various technical and programmatic activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) for the production operations Integrated Product Team (IPT).
• Serve as a liaison between senior management, build managers, and project teams.
• Develop mechanisms for monitoring earned value progress and intervene as necessary.
• Manage risk and opportunity for the production operations team.
• Lead diverse projects, initiatives, and studies in support of production operation earned value initiatives.
• Interface regularly with executive management, program leaders, and support disciplines to develop comprehensive solutions.

Requirements

• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and/or risk and opportunity management.
• Experience in managing projects (budget, schedule, etc.).
• Active security clearance required with an active investigation within the last 5 years.

• Experience interfacing with multiple levels of leadership.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
