About the position

The Project Manager at Wunderlich-Malec Engineering (WM) plays a crucial role in managing engineering projects that deliver solutions to clients, ensuring they exceed expectations while adhering to budget and timelines. This position is remote and involves significant interaction with clients and internal teams to achieve strategic objectives and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects that deliver engineering solutions to clients, ensuring they are on time and within budget.
• Develop and administer project budgets and fiscal controls, including project cost estimating and value engineering.
• Represent the firm in business dealings with clients, consultants, contractors, and other organizations.
• Participate in business development and quality assurance as directed by the Business Unit Manager.
• Provide technical assistance in proposal development and presentations for new work, including report and study preparation.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years of related experience in project management.
• Demonstrated knowledge and capability in project budgeting, scheduling, and purchasing equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Knowledge of project management principles, practices, techniques, and tools.

• Ability to analyze comprehensive business processes and develop computer-generated flow charts.
