Responsibilities

• Provide psychological testing services with children, adolescents, and adults for various referral concerns.
• Conduct intermittent didactic trainings within the clinic's training program as assigned.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision.
• Assist the Training Director in coordinating, organizing, and supervising trainees.
• Review supervisee documentation and ensure compliance with managed care contracts and professional standards.
• Attend and participate in monthly case consultations, Grand Rounds, business meetings, and other required meetings.
• Ensure compliance with clinic documentation standards and licensing board rules.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology from an APA accredited academic program.
• Full, unrestricted licensure as a licensed Psychologist (LP) in Minnesota.
• At least 2 years providing clinical supervision (preferred).
• Formal training in child or family therapy (preferred).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in conducting psychological assessments for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, learning disorders, and autism spectrum disorder.
