About the position

Responsibilities
- Provide psychological assessment, diagnostic, and evidence-based treatment services.
- Conduct individual and group interventions for patients with mental health diagnoses.
- Lead interdisciplinary treatment teams in mental health crises interventions.
- Provide consultation on mental health diagnoses and treatment plans to various professionals.
- Educate patients, families, and staff on mental health issues and treatment options.
- Engage families of veterans in treatment for caregiver burden.
- Stay updated with current clinical assessment and psychotherapy research literature.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in psychology from an accredited program.
- Successful completion of a professional psychology internship training program accredited by APA or CPA.
- Full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a U.S. state or territory.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.

- Experience with evidence-based treatment for PTSD and other mental health disorders.
- Knowledge of Substance Use Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Serious Mental Illness.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
