About the position

The Staff React/React Native Developer will be responsible for architecting and developing mobile and web applications with a strong focus on front-end architecture, scalability, and design patterns. This role requires expertise in React, React Native, and Redux, along with a solid understanding of quality and security standards in software development. The position is permanent and based in Bentonville, Arkansas, offering a competitive salary range of $125,000 to $135,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop mobile and web applications with a focus on front-end architecture.
• Implement distributed systems and ensure scalability of applications.
• Utilize design patterns and disaster recovery strategies in development.
• Maintain detailed design coding standards and guidelines.
• Develop frontend applications using React, React Native, and Redux.
• Work with frameworks like Cocoa and Android application framework.
• Integrate analytics, crashlytics, and profiling tools into mobile and web apps.
• Architect automation frameworks for testing mobile and web applications.
• Understand and implement GraphQL and REST APIs.
• Communicate effectively, including creating functional charts.
• Multitask between various requirements and features concurrently.
• Utilize cloud-native technology and third-party libraries and APIs.
• Demonstrate superior analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in architecting and developing mobile and web applications.
• Strong expertise in front-end architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficient in React, React Native, and Redux.
• Experience with frameworks like Cocoa and Android application framework.
• Solid understanding of quality, safety, and security standards (e.g., PCI).
• Familiarity with emerging tools and technologies, telemetry, CI/CD, and SDLC.
• Experience in integrating analytics and crashlytics into applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud technology, particularly Azure.
• Ability to create functional charts and communicate clearly.
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
