Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing and maintaining data for the Evaluation of the Informed Consent Process in Pediatric Oncology Clinical Trials.
• Help with participant enrollment and obtaining consent.
• Assist in questionnaire completion in English and Spanish.
• Conduct data collection and data entry.
• Create data collection tools and collaborate with the research team on database development.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
• Assist parents in completing close-ended questionnaires regarding the consent process and study enrollment.

Requirements

• Theoretical knowledge in Public Health, epidemiology, or a related field.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience translating documents.
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to use independent judgment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and accurately with attention to detail.
• Excellent writing skills and knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Efficient and accurate data entry and typing skills.
• Analytical skills to carry out program and project objectives.
