As a Staff Research Associate/Study Coordinator 2 in the Cardiology department at UCLA Health Systems, you will play a pivotal role in advancing medical research and patient care. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Knowledge of health services or clinical research methodology and principles.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and Access.
  • In-depth understanding of Human Subject Protection and informed consent processes.
  • Experience in following strict research imaging protocols and data entry.
  • Outstanding communication skills to interact with diverse research populations.
  • Knowledge or experience in working with large animals.
  • California phlebotomy certification, ACRP or SoCRA certification is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or related research or analytical experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of basic statistical tests and procedures preferred.
  • Background in data management of clinical research protocols preferred.
  • Prior IRB experience and coordination of clinical studies desired.
  • RN licensure is a plus.
