In this role, you will be responsible for recording patients' medical histories and symptoms, assisting in diagnostic tests, and analyzing results. Operating medical machinery and administering treatments and medications are also key components of your duties. You will help with patient follow-up and rehabilitation, ensuring that patients receive the care they need throughout their recovery process. Additionally, you will educate patients and their families on managing illnesses or injuries, including guidance on diet, exercise programs, and the self-administration of medications and physical therapy. This position requires a strong understanding of mental health laws and practice standards, as well as knowledge of the interdisciplinary treatment team process and behavioral health programming. You will be working in both inpatient and outpatient behavioral health units, contributing to the continuum of care for our patients.
