Responsibilities
- Perform health facility surveys and investigations to assess compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Evaluate and inspect fire alarm, automatic sprinkler, and emergency power systems.
- Assess the physical structure, operation, construction, and environmental conditions of health facilities.
- Prepare comprehensive written reports of survey findings, including conclusions and recommendations.
- Communicate and interact with facility staff during the survey process.
- Prepare statements of deficiencies (citations) as directed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Typing proficiency.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in health facility compliance or inspections.
- Knowledge of National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) codes.
